Day 19 > Day 31

Last 2 weeks from Sunday (day 19) till Tuesday (day 31)... Although i did couple of important things during these weeks but still it was calm and quite

On March 17^th we had i-camp for DMC students and I help the team to organize the event

On March 21 we had the regular 2 weeks meeting and I take the minutes to send to the team

On the other hand, I was working on updating the Matrix and helping the staff in their work

For the mean time: I am preparing to do small presentation about anything could benefit the team in next meeting

As well, I am preparing to do the interviews as it required for the final report

Days 16,17 and 18

Tuesday

I did some usual work like typing

Wednesday

We had a meeting regard the next I camp which will be on 17^th March / Thursday

It’s will be around 120 students from DMC we discussed and organize the tasks and the activities

Thursday

As regular I did usual things like organizing folder and typing

Days 12, 13, 14 and 15

On Wednesday

Hassan gave me some websites such Canon, HP, Sharf DG and Sharp to list several Projectors and Business Card Scanner and then he can choose one and buy it for the office. Furthermore, I went with Mohammed to Jumirah School to attend some class with new volunteer from HSBC as part of More Than Money Program

On Thursday

Since they all left to Jordan and no one staid except me and Mohammed .At morning he had session to attend with Etihad Private School so I went to trip with Al Salam School to EMI Arabia to represent INJAZ as part of Company Program sessions. I went there to evaluate the volunteer and how he mange the students, I spend 1 hour there 9-10 AM and then I back to the office

On Sunday

I wasn’t feeling well due to the flue so I take off

On Monday

There was a meeting which held for 2 hours with all the staff. They discussed about what happened since last meeting and what will happen after couple weeks. Also, they mentioned that there will be I Camp will lunch on 17 or 13 of March and the students are from DMC,  it will be the same I camp that lunched earlier for DWC couple weeks ago

Days 9, 10 and 11

 It was very calm and less work than other days cause everyone are preparing for the Jordan trip

Sulaf and Dalia already left on Friday, May on Sunday, Bilal on Monday and Hassan on Wednesday

So no one staid expect Mohammed

I did a few things in past couple days such as entering the bills, done with the backup folders, scheduling the Jordan trip for the stuff, preparing some files  and typing letters

Day 8

It was the I-Camp day

I was a bit late because I had a small accident car

So I arrived there at 9:15

It was busy day... There were students from DWC and Etihad Private School

I helped in a lot of things such as distributing the paper and organizing the students......

As well, I learned a lot of staff specifically in how to organize the training which could help me later on my project and my major  

Day 7

Actually, I reached the office @ 9:15 AM

All the team were already there with Sulaf – the CEO – because she just come from Jordan – family emergency – she had a quick chat with me about my work and how the things are going around  

In the fact, she already know my brother Hussain Ishaq he had work for HSBC and he contacted a lot with INJAZ  before he left to AD ,  and she seems surprised when she know I am his sister 

I wrote the minutes for yesterday meeting with some help from May the Program Manger and I sent it to the team

Furthermore, I had another meeting for half an hour with May, Hassan and Mohammed to know the tasks that I am going to handle for tomorrow’s I-Camp and we end by list of things  

Also, I typed the certificates for the students and the attendances sheets

What I have for tomorrow?

Since there will be  I – Camp tomorrow which will host almost 100 students form DWC and Al Etihad Private School I will not go to the office, directly I will go to the conference center and I will try to be there at 8:00 AM so I can give a hand to organize the place

Day 6

First of all, at the morning I went to Etihad High School to deliver evaluation papers for the manger so they can evaluate their students before and after the course

Secondly, I didn’t had that much work to do today, because everyone is almost busy to organize for their trip on next week to Jordan ,, it’s like annually meeting they have to attend

Thirdly, I already set earlier meeting for my supervisor to meet Mr.Tridib so he arrived @ 12:00 PM and he set with Bilal and they discussed about what I am going to do during the following weeks, the meeting was almost for half an hour

Finally, we had a weekly meeting @ 3:00 tell 05:00 PM and we discussed about several thing related to the work and they suggest to me to write the minutes (taking notes about what they discussed in the meeting and email it later to the staff)

I left the office at 5:30 PM
